We are an aviation company first. We bring airline discipline to drone delivery so that our partners, from aircraft makers to healthcare and retail networks, can put real deliveries in the air for real communities. THE OPERATIONS TEAM
Toby Woods
Founder & Director of Operations. Toby is an airline transport pilot, and aviation entrepreneur who built the first US air carrier certificate to hold dual authority for manned and unmanned Part 135 operations. Off duty he is on skis, singletrack or a river somewhere in the West.
Josh Garcia
Chief Pilot. Josh has spent 16 years training and standardizing crews on unmanned and autonomous aircraft, most recently building and leading the global training organization at Skydio. His background spans flight safety at Amazon and UAS instruction at Raytheon and AeroVironment. At Beeline he owns crew standards, training and mission execution.
Ben Renna
Director of Maintenance. Ben is a Part 135 Director of Maintenance and a Coast Guard veteran who spent seven years keeping MH-65 rescue helicopters flying as a heavy maintenance team lead and quality assurance technician. An Embry-Riddle graduate, he has run maintenance programs for business jet fleets and led pre-purchase inspections across general aviation. At Beeline he owns airworthiness, maintenance programs and records across the fleet.
Ryan Rudolph
Chief Strategy Officer. Ryan has spent his career building and scaling aviation businesses, from employee number one at Fly Louie (acquired by Magellan Jets) to leading strategy and operations for BARK Air's expansion across the US and Europe. He advises companies across aviation and mobility and was named to the NBAA's 2026 Top 40 Under 40. At Beeline he leads partnerships and growth.
Cody McCrary
Chief Financial Officer. Cody brings more than 20 years of operating and financial leadership from Alaska, where he rose from survey technician to general manager at TerraSond and now co-owns 70 North and Arctic Legacy Aviation. He has run the business side of technical field operations in some of the most demanding environments in the country. At Beeline he owns financial planning and the long-term health of the business.
Sara Seabourne
Sara is a senior people executive with 15 years leading HR and operations at high-growth technology companies, including Head of People roles at BlueOcean and Hitch (acquired by ServiceNow) and HR leadership at HERE Technologies. She was named Lattice's People Success Visionary of the Year and is based in Bend. At Beeline she owns recruiting, culture and how the team scales.

Toby Woods, a pilot and founder, built Beeline as a certificated air carrier from day one, pairing the discipline of commercial aviation with the ambition of a logistics company that believes the sky can make daily life better. We dream big, and we fly every mission with the care that dream demands.
