WHO WE ARE

Making the Impossible Routine

The future of delivery isn't on the ground—it's overhead, and it's arriving faster than most realize.

Beeline UAS bridges the gap between breakthrough drone technology and the complex regulatory reality of American airspace. While others build drones, we build what makes them fly legally, safely, and at scale. This positions us as more than service providers. We're the operational backbone enabling the next generation of logistics.

What makes us different: We're drone-agnostic. We don't sell hardware—we unlock it. We provide the operational infrastructure, regulatory expertise, and scalable frameworks that turn prototype flights into profitable operations.

From CONOPS development to air carrier certification, from flight operations to regulatory compliance—we handle the complexity so you can focus on innovation.

Innovation is moving faster than regulation.

The drone industry faces a paradox: the technology is ready, but the path to commercial deployment is extraordinarily complex. Regulatory frameworks built for traditional aviation struggle to accommodate autonomous flight. Brilliant engineering teams find themselves mired in certification processes they never anticipated.

The result? Groundbreaking delivery solutions stay grounded—not for lack of capability, but for lack of operational infrastructure.

The barrier between prototype and profit isn't the drone—it's everything around it.

That's where Beeline UAS comes in. We've already done the hard work of earning FAA trust. Now we use that foundation to accelerate your path to market, turning years of uncertainty into months of structured progress.

Toby Woods

Founder

With an Airline Transport Pilot certificate and over 4,000 flight hours, Toby spent years in traditional aviation before anyone considering drones "real" flying. But when multiple colleagues pushed him toward the emerging UAS space, he discovered something surprising: a significant knowledge gap.

Engineers were building revolutionary aircraft. Sharp business minds were envisioning transformative delivery models. But few understood the operational reality of aviation—the regulatory frameworks, the certification processes, the safety management systems that turn experimental flights into scalable businesses.

Under his leadership, M A A Inc. achieved something unprecedented: the first air carrier certificate approved for both manned and unmanned Part 135 operations—a regulatory milestone that positioned him at the forefront of aviation's next chapter.
